Like other Lego games, the gameplay of LEGO Batman: The Video Game is similar. Control any favorite character to fight an enemy, solve puzzles, and collect Lego ‘studs’ (like Gil is a form of currency). The faster you win or the use of combined attacks, the more you will receive double the number of studs at the end. The entire challenge takes place as the story progresses with objects made of lego bricks. Occasionally, you’ll have to mount items to level up, overcome obstacles, or unlock new ones. There are up to thirty levels (equally divided between heroes and villains) as well as several secret levels, including Wayne Manor and Arkham Asylum. Different environments created meticulously and practically like ice cream factories, sewers, or seed cages will bring new experiences.
A unique feature is that players are allowed to swap out the costumes of characters (Batman, Robin, Batgirl, and Nightwing) with different people, each containing unique and useful abilities in some battles. Individual (the Attractive suit will attract Lego pieces and turn into rewards, the Water kit allows water travel … etc …). However, many times, when battles become long and repetitive, or sometimes while solving puzzles, there will be a wave of enemies that makes you unable to manage. Although there are still some unwanted restrictions, Lego Batman is still an interesting thing that many people desire.
